I met Tarryn and Warren a few years ago when they booked me as their wedding photographer and since then I have done so many photo shoot session for them and their family. From Engagement shoot, Weddings, Baptisms and Birthday parties. Pretty much if there is a celebration they invite me and my camera to capture their special moments.
This shoot was planned very long ago but it kept on being postponed but everything happens when its suppose to happen and I am so glad that it happened now. This was a special photo shoot. We were celebrating something BIG. Taryn's Mom Natalie has been fighting cancer and this photo shoot was to celebrate that she was cancer free.

What awesome news and a great reason to celebrate and have a family photo session. Taryn invited two young ladies Nacisha and Coutney along and they brought so many giggles with them that the 40 minute photo shoot went way over time but I did not mind as I was part of a great moment with the family. Warren did something shocking...
He brought another girl to the photo shoot, dressed in Red, Blue and Chrome. The BMX was a stunning, lol. He is a great BMX rider and trick performer. I remember our first photo shoot, It was their engagement shoot in Cape Town CBD and Bo Kaap. That was the first time I discovered his other passion, BMX. He restores and modifies BMX and I bet you there is nothing he does not know about these beauties.
Special moments like this truly make life so much special. I love what I get to do with my camera, I get to peak into the happiness of so many families as a visitor looking in and so glad to have become a party of this family's journey and milestones capturing their memories.
