Met the Kinnear family at Bikini beach out in Gordons Bay a few weeks before they were excepting the arrival of their first child.
The couple enjoyed the walk along the peer whilst discussing baby girl names. The day ended with a family picnic on the beach. The day was fill with laughs and great memories.
One can’t truly do justice to family shoots and not understand them. Each one vastly different from the last, all wanting that unique identifier that shouts, “This is who we are!” I often choose humour as a platform to reach out to my clients. In that moment, when stop taking yourself that seriously, that’s the ideal setting to work in. Looking Kinnear Family photos, it didn’t take long for them to enjoy the ride.
Sometimes these photos are for distant family members or social media platforms. But the truth is, they are not for everyone else first, but for yourselves as the family.
